Rigid Type Stranding Machine
1. Description:
The rigid type stranding machine is non back twist stranding. It is suitable for armoring of copper, round aluminum wire, pre-twist sector conductor and low carbon galvanized steel wire for cable. 
Provide side lower and front automatic winding mechanism according to the customer's site and requirements.
Provide aerodynamic resistance and electromagnetic brake to control tension, keep the tension constant according to the requirements.
The swivel adopts the earth shaft transmission structure, each section of the swivel is driven by an independent motor with the electrical control synchronization.
The machine is provided with MMI+PLC control system for pre-setting stranding pitch, stranding direction, automatic tension compensation control and for speed synchronization with the pulling capstan and the take up unit.
