Eccentric Taping Machine (Cu/Al Tape)

1.Description:
Eccentric taping head with 2 pads per head.
Designed to wrap copper & aluminum tapes as well as with textile tape, PE tape, and paper tape.
The machine is independently driven by an AC induction servo motor.
The machine is equipped with MMI+PLC control system for pre-setting taping pitch, tape tension compensation, overlapping ratio and for speed synchronization pre-setting..

Eccentric Taping Machine (Steel Tape)
1.Description:
Eccentric taping head with 2 pads per head. The bobbin is on the outside of the twisted body,  which is convenient for steel tape;
Especially designed for cable armoring of steel tape.
The machine is independently driven by an AC induction servo motor.
The machine is equipped with MMI+PLC control system, the computer sets the overlapping rate , rotation speed of tape and twisted  direction. Tape tension compensation automatically.
