Cage Type Stranding Machine

1.Description:
Cage type stranding machine is worked with 100% back twist movement. It is suitable for steel core aluminum stranding wires, aluminum clad steel, bare copper, bare aluminum, power optical cable and stranding of other wire materials. 
It can be used as cabling strand of 19/37 cores control cable; It can manufacture steel wire armoured cable.
It adopts magnetic hysteresis tension controller to provide wire coil tension. A set of wire coil bottom diameter detector is installed in each section of the swivel to automatically detect the change of the position from full bobbin to empty bobbin, and then feed back to PLC, which adjusts the output torque of magnetic hysteresis tension controller to ensure consistent and constant tension.
DC main motor is provided to drive the stranded body through the earth shaft and AC induction servo motor drive each segment of the stranded body, for selection.
The machine adopts MMI+PLC control system, pre-setting stranding pitch, twist direction, automatic tension control and synchronous control of traction and take-up.
The machine provides loading-crane and loading-car for selection.
It can be equipped with maximum 24 filling device according to customer requirements.
