Product Description

1, Description:

Chemical cross-linkable PE insulation compound for power cables which regards advanced LDPE resin as the

main raw material, adds antioxidant, cross-linking agent and other accessory ingredients, is manufactured by

advanced closed extruding equipment. It has excellent extrusion property and physical property, its impurity

content is controlled within limits.This product is mainly used as the insulation of medium-low voltage cross-

linking cables. Suitable for CCV production lines. Long-term working temperature is 90ºC.

This material can be used for the manufacturing of cables that comply with IEC 60502-2&BS6622 standards.

The recommended standard extrusion temperature profiles are as followings: Unit: °C

We suggest using double layer filter mesh with size 40 mesh (350μm).
We recommend hopper drying at 40~60'C for 4 hours to remove moisture before extrusion.
