Bow Type Laying Up Machine
1.Description:
Adopting 100% back-twist mode, suitable for stranding 2-6 cores ABC overhead cable, control cable or power cable;
The main motor, traction capstan (or track) and take-up device are independently driven by ac induction servo motor; Pitch automatic equipment;
The whole machine adopts HMI+PLC control;
Equipped with manual adjustment tape tension system regulation and electromagnetic tensioner, automatic control and ensure the tension always constant from full to empty
Optional installation of filling device for twine coil, up to 24 filling devices;

 The up and down of coils are driving by crane, it can aslo be used for side and front -back coil feeding, depending on the customer's location;
