Copper Rod Continuous Up-casting and Rolling Production Line

1.Description:
Continuous free-oxygen copper rod up-casting production line produces large-length bright free-oxygen copper rod, tubes and pipes, flat billet and other profiles with higher conductivity and lower oxygen content, etc.

Compared with the traditional process, the features as follows: low investment, high efficiency, low production cost, simple production process, high quality, simple adjustment and no pollution.

The Production Line is composed of power frequency induction furnace, feeding system, continuous up-casting machine, limiting device, coiling take-up machine, water cooling system, temperature measurement system, electric control system and so on.
The design of all electrical control system is advanced and adopts programmable logic controller (PLC) + human machine interface (touch screen). The electrical control system controls the whole line linkage and monitors the running status.

1)Equipped with different take-up device and crystallizer to produce different products.

2)Equipped with take-up device to produce copper rod. Copper rod is used for: cable, wire, electromagnetic wire, enameled wire, telephone line, data line, etc.

3) Equipped with take-up device to produce Copper alloy rod, used for: high-speed rail contact line, bearing support frame, copper shaft, copper sleeve, welding wire and other products

4) Equipped with take-up device to produce copper strip, used for: copper bar, copper strip, copper foil, electrical components and other products;

5) Equipped with conveyor line (or take-up device) to produce copper pipe, used for: air conditioning, industrial copper pipes, household copper pipes, joints and other products
