1. Product Name: Closed water cooling system

Closed cooling tower is full-closed, it will not appear the phenomenon such as the dust into the cooling pipe and

control system to lead the pipeline blockage.

Closed cooling tower adopts soft water circulating system, it is not easy to form the incrustation to lead the pipeline

overheating. It adopts automatic digital control system, there're other features, such as: energy saving,

environmental protection, high efficiency, high accuracy and easy to use. Full-confined space, the cooling medium is

not affected by the outside environment, and the environment will not be polluted.

It can cool brine, oil, alcohol, quenching and chemical liquid and other mediums, the composition will not be affected

the medium is no-loss, and no leakage. Closed cooling tower adopts the type which is air cooling, evaporation heat,

double cooling, and the cooling efficiency is higher and energy saving. The type is prying, so the installation of

pipeline is simple and convenient. You don't need dig the reservoir, it can save water and protect environment.

Basic introduction of closed cooling tower FBH-350T:

Operating principle:
Air-cooling part of FBH-350TS closed cooling tower: the working fluid (soft water or other liquids) circulates in the coil of the closed cooling tower. After the fluid heat is absorbed by the tube wall of the coil, the heat of the tube wall is discharged out of the cooler through the fan at the upper side of the cooler.

Features: Air flow direction (from bottom to top): The air enters from the cold air inlet at the bottom of the stainless steel pipe cooler, flows through the stainless steel pipe cooler to absorb heat, and then is discharged to the air above the cooling tower after efficient dehydration.

Water-cooling part of FBH-350TS closed cooling tower: when the fluid temperature is too high (exceeding the set temperature), the spray system will be automatically started, and the spray pump will spray water on the hot and humid pipe wall and form a water film to absorb a lot of heat (evaporation latent heat) through evaporation. A part of the spray water becomes steam, which is taken away by the flowing air. The water that has not been evaporated drops on the heat exchange layer of the packing and then collects in the water collecting tank for the next cycle. The fluid in the coil is closed circulation, and theoretically there is no consumption.

Features of closed cooling tower FBH-350TS: flow direction of spray water (from top to bottom): spray water is sprayed from the spray pipe on the upper part of the stainless steel pipe cooler, and then flows through the stainless steel pipe cooler to absorb heat and then drops into the cooling tower sump for the next cycle. The air passes through the cooler from the bottom to bring the heat to the middle of the cooling tower, and then the fan brings the heat out of the tower.
