Tire Recycling Plants are designed to process up to 4 tons of output per hour.
Dura-shred's system is proven turn whole scrap tires into high quality, uncontaminated crumb rubber. It
is uniquely designed to allow the customer to adjust the equipment screens for precise sizing control and
flexibility for output sizes. Our Crumb Rubber Systems also utilize a variety of conveying and separation
technologies to minimize product losses, maximize efficiency, and maintain a clean operating
environment

generated or released in the shredding process. Any fiber or rubber that accumulates outside of the
equipment can be disposed.

Shredder
Equipment Introduction
Two shaft shredders are designed with an aggressive low RPM,high torque shredding technology. Each shaft is driven by its own Siemens motor, giving it plenty of power to drive through tires and thick steel beads. The shredder blade thickness ranges from 25mm to 152mm(1-6 inch) depending on the type of tires, throughput and desired end product. All of our blades are made from exotic steel and heat treated to an average 56-60 on the Rockwell Scale. The shredder machine can process pre-cut OTR tires, Truct tires and tires at a rate of up to 20 tons per hour.

Grater
Equipment Introduction
The Grater machine is the ultimate machine for mid-stream grinding and steel separation. It is
specially designed to take pre-shredded tires chips and produce between 25-12 mm (1" - 0.5")
wire free rubber chip. And the Grater can process up to 6 tons of input per hour. The main
rotor housing is equipped with replaceable wear plates to increase the durability and longevity
of the cutting chamber. Another unique feature of this machine is the ability to turn the knives
once before having to send them to be sharpened or replaced, minimizing operating costs.

Granulator
Equipment Introduction
The Granulators are designed to grind the rubber mulch from the Grater into small granules as fine
as 1mm. The granules are screened and re-circulated until the desired size is reached. Due to the
design of the Granulator and precise alignment of the blades, the Granulator produces a very uniform
cut and high quality granule. During the granulation process, 99% of the fiber is removed, leaving a
contaminant free crumb rubber granulate ready to be further processed or sold.

powder from 30mesh to 120mesh, which has a widely usage like thewaterproofing materials,
reclaimed rubber,Modified asphalt additives and so forth. The powders are screenedby adjustable
centrifugal screen until the desired size is reached. The blades in side are made of Tungsten Steel
and have a long life cycle. Dura shred Miller is high efficient and user-friendly, which has a unique
design and produces high quality products.
